Safety tips for guests

Escalator/travellator

Hold the handrail securely while using escalators or travellators, and avoid playful activities to ensure safety. When reaching the end, step off carefully to prevent tripping. Guests with strollers or bulky baggage are advised to use the elevator for added safety.

Trolleys

Securely place bags on the trolley to prevent tipping or falling. For safety, avoid sitting on or playing with the trolley, as it can pose a hazard.

In the terminal

Refrain from running and stay alert, especially when travelling with children or the elderly. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, as DWC maintains a smoke-free environment. For a safe and comfortable journey, be mindful of emergency exits and wear suitable footwear to minimise the risk of slips and trips.
