DXB is committed to providing the care and support needed. To facilitate this, share all relevant details with the airline, tour operator, or travel agent handling the booking.
Keep these details in mind:
- Notify the airline, tour operator, or travel agent as soon as possible, or at least 48 hours before travel. These details can often be provided when booking the ticket. Also, share return plans so support can be arranged for the return to DXB.
- Provide information about any impairments or mobility difficulties, including if a personal mobility device or assistance animal will be used.
- The airline will forward this information to the Assistance team to ensure proper support.
